Extended School Supervision
E.S.S. is a program that allows your child to stay after school
(with supervision) and to participate in activities when you are
not able to pick them up at the end of the school day. We have a
structured program that is both fun and educational. Each day may
vary in activities but gym time and outside time (weather permitting)
is available every day. We also provide a quiet environment for
students that need time to complete their homework assignments with
staff assistance.
Below are some highlights of the program.
Daily Activities
Gym time and outside playground time is provided daily. Listed below are
activities that the children may or may not participate in, that is their option.
However, when we have Bible study on Wednesdays ALL children will participate.
Snacks are provided each day.

Baking; we let the children bake cookies, cupcakes, pretzels, pizzas etc.
for a snack either that day or later in the week. |

Craft day; this is different than Mondays in that this is more detailed

Movie, computer room or the game room is available for the students. |
Hours of Operation
E.S.S. hours are from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. every school day.
E.S.S. is also available on half days of school, teacher institute
days and on the following holidays: Columbus Day, Martin Luther
King Day, and President's Day. On these days E.S.S. runs from 7:30
a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Registration
The registration fee will be $25.00 per family.
Fees
This year the rate will be $5.00 an hour per child and $4.50
per hour for any additional children. Children staying 1 hour or
less will be required to pay for a full hour.
