Our classes offer daily Jesus Time, Group Time, Center time, Free Play
time, Snack time and Large Motor Development time (Outside or inside
depending on the weather). Activities are geared towards stimulating each
child to learn and grow confident in his/her own abilities. The children
visit our school library and chapel. Field trips include walking tours of
the neighborhood, the pumpkin farm, fire station and a petting zoo. We also
take family trips to the circus and ice show.

Young 3's Preschool* (3 years old on or by March 1, 2010)
This is an introduction to the preschool environment. Children will
participate in large and small group activities. They will learn through a
variety of hands on exercises presented through weekly themes.

Three Year Old Preschool is a place for your child to come and learn about
Jesus, and God’s world around us. The children will learn through a weekly
theme and a variety of hands on activities.

Prekindergarten :: Half Day Programs (Registration

Prekindergarten* (4 years old on or by September 1, 2009)
The Prekindergarten learning experience is based on weekly themes. All
subject areas are integrated into our daily activities. The different
curriculum areas of math, science, social studies, pre-reading, religion
and art will be presented through large and small group activities as well
as during individual center time activities.

Multiage Prekindergarten* (4 years old on or by December 30, 2009)
The Multiage Prekindergarten class follows the same curriculum as the 4
Year Old Prekindergarten class. Younger children are welcomed into the
class as parents desire more class time for their child.

Young 5's class* (5 years old on or by December 30, 2009)
This program is geared for children who are not quite ready for
kindergarten and have summer birthdays and/or children turning 5 in the
fall who would benefit from a more challenging curriculum. Monthly field
trips are planned (except December and January) to enhance their learning
experiences.

Kindergarten :: Half Day Programs

Immanuel Lutheran Kindergarten addresses the whole child by balancing
the spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual and physical learning
environment of the child. Immanuel’s enriched Kindergarten curriculum
includes phonics, a reading/writing program, and interactive math. Children
have a Jesus time every day and Christian moral principles are integrated
throughout the day. A group time, story time, and lunch for the students
are part of the daily routine. Throughout the week children enjoy cooking,
computer lab, gym, reading buddies, library and music. The program is
enhanced by children interacting in discovery centers. Immanuel is a great
place to grow children in a love for learning and the love and respect for
